Core Responsibilities

  • Manage firm marketing and communications, including business development efforts, creation of thought leadership pieces and digital content, earned media placements and more
  • Enhance Juniper’s digital presence to drive business and develop insights on Juniper’s target audience
  • Produce expert content to position the firm as a thought-leader in the healthcare M&A space
  • Engage in pitch development and transactions, serving as communications counsel for clients as needed
  • Maintain relationships with industry press
  • Expand referral sources and business partner relationships
  • Support firm leadership in vision, strategy and priority-setting efforts
  • Manage CRM platform (HubSpot)
  • Oversee Juniper website and online presence

Qualifications

  • Strong communicator with exceptional writing skills and the ability to present to executive audiences
  • Willingness to wear multiple hats, and ability to deliver high-quality results in a rapidly-evolving environment
  • Undergraduate degree
  • 3-5+ years of relevant work experience
  • Strong ability to leverage and maximize HubSpot CRM, including overlap with Outlook
  • WordPress website development and maintenance expertise preferred
  • Proven engagement efforts across social media platforms – LinkedIn, Twitter
  • Management of remote workplace technologies – VPN, data-room, server preferred
  • Ability to create transaction tombstones, maps, and other graphics preferred
