Core Responsibilities
- Manage firm marketing and communications, including business development efforts, creation of thought leadership pieces and digital content, earned media placements and more
- Enhance Juniper’s digital presence to drive business and develop insights on Juniper’s target audience
- Produce expert content to position the firm as a thought-leader in the healthcare M&A space
- Engage in pitch development and transactions, serving as communications counsel for clients as needed
- Maintain relationships with industry press
- Expand referral sources and business partner relationships
- Support firm leadership in vision, strategy and priority-setting efforts
- Manage CRM platform (HubSpot)
- Oversee Juniper website and online presence
Qualifications
- Strong communicator with exceptional writing skills and the ability to present to executive audiences
- Willingness to wear multiple hats, and ability to deliver high-quality results in a rapidly-evolving environment
- Undergraduate degree
- 3-5+ years of relevant work experience
- Strong ability to leverage and maximize HubSpot CRM, including overlap with Outlook
- WordPress website development and maintenance expertise preferred
- Proven engagement efforts across social media platforms – LinkedIn, Twitter
- Management of remote workplace technologies – VPN, data-room, server preferred
- Ability to create transaction tombstones, maps, and other graphics preferred
